During a pre-sale, a limited number of tickets are available for sale within a specified amount of time prior to the actual sale of tickets to the general public. Please note that while a pre-sale can afford you the opportunity to attempt to purchase tickets before the general public sale, there is no guarantee that you will be able to obtain tickets since, as in normal ticket-selling situations, there is a limited supply of tickets. In order to participate in most pre-sales a special code is required. In 1992, Madison Square Garden designated the walkway leading to the arena as the "Walk of Fame," the spot to recognize performers, athletes, announcers, and coaches who demonstrated excellence at their craft in The Garden at various times throughout their extraordinary careers. Each person is honored with a plaque that designates the performance category (Broadcasting, Boxing, Basketball, Hockey, Track and Field, Tennis, Skating, Music, and Circus) in which his or her contributions have been made.
Water fountains are located throughout the concourses during events in the Arena. For Theater events, water fountains are located in the Theater Lobby.
For individuals who have limited mobility, we can provide a wheelchair to transport guests from our Main Lobby to your seats. Upon arriving at Madison Square Garden, please ask a Security Officer for assistance. Please be aware that our staff will not remain with the patron during the event, nor will they allow the guest to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event.
As a courtesy to your fellow ticketholders, we ask that you do not walk around in the seating area until there is a stoppage in play (during sporting events). The black line in the gate designates the area that we ask you to stand behind, so that you do not block the view of those ticketholders who are seated. We thank you for complying with this.
For safety and as a courtesy to other ticketholders, please do not sit or stand in the aisles. Aisles should be kept clear at all times.
The Will Call window is located at Window #5 and, at times, at adjacent windows in the Madison Square Garden Box Office. If you are picking up tickets at Will Call, please bring valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets. Please be aware that the Will Call window generally closes one hour after the event start time.
If you purchased your tickets from Ticketmaster, you may also utilize the Ticketmaster kiosks located directly outside the MSG Box Office. The kiosks are available during normal Box Office operation hours. Please be advised you must have the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
