Tori Amos

October 11, 2007 — October 12, 2007 at WaMu Theater at MSG

Tori Amos, whose career was propelled by the release of her 1992 multi-platinum breakthrough Little Earthquakes, has led the charge in rejuvenating the era of the female singer/songwriter.

With worldwide record sales topping 12 million, multiple Grammy® nominations and a memoir co-authored by Ann Powers entitled Tori Amos: Piece by Piece — which topped the New York Times bestseller list — Tori Amos continues to be one of the most intriguing and respected artists of our time. Her latest album, the challenging American Doll Posse, was released in May 2007.

Singer/songwriter Yoav — who describes himself as Beck meets Buckley meets Björk — served as the opening act when the American Doll Posse Tour hit the WaMu Theater at Madison Square Garden on October 11 and 12.
