TicketsTickets for individuals with disabilities, may be purchased, subject to availability, by calling the Disabled Services Department at Madison Square Garden at (212) 465-6034, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Disabled seating is reserved for the exclusive use of individuals with disabilities and their guests and the purchase or use of these seating locations by non-disabled individuals is strictly prohibited and can result in ejection and/or forfeiture of ticket price. If the individual with a disability cannot attend an event for which he/she has purchased tickets, call the Disabled Services Department prior to the event taking place for further instructions. Additionally, in limited circumstances, the Disabled Services Department will accept US Postal Money Orders. Money orders must be received by our office within five (5) business days of the order date or your reservation will be automatically cancelled without further notification. Refunds/ExchangesThere are no refunds or exchanges and all sales are final. We realize that a situation may arise that would prohibit an individual with a disability from attending an event for which tickets have already been purchased. If you are unable to attend an event, please call or fax us prior to the event taking place. Once your situation has been reviewed, we will make a determination, on a case-by-case basis Lost/Stolen TicketsIn the event that tickets are lost or stolen, please contact Madison Square Garden's Disabled Services Department with your confirmation number and the event, date and time of the show. Upon verification, a Lost Ticket Voucher (LTV) will be arranged. The individual with a disability must pick up the LTV with valid identification, one hour before show time, on the day of the event at The Garden Box Office. The original tickets will not be honored. Group SalesGroups that consist of ten (10) or more individuals may contact Group Sales directly during normal business hours at (212) 465-6080. Please be aware that a minimum of twenty (20) people is required to obtain discount pricing. All Access ToursMadison Square Garden's All Access Tour allows fans to get an insider's view of the inner-workings of The World's Most Famous Arena®, providing them with little-known information and rarely seen viewpoints on the legendary showplace. Tours depart from the MSG Box Office lobby and are accessible for individuals with disabilities. Tour times are Monday through Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please be aware that the tour schedule is subject to change.
